Deli-Co Chooses Arch
Deli-Co is a well-known deli/butchery retail brand in South Africa. Retail is supplied from a state-of-the-art processing plant outside the town of Riebeek-Kasteel (Boland). Adjacent to the plant is a fabulous factory shop selling to walk-in customers. The store has recently gone live on Arch Retail. The store not only sells produce from the plant but also a variety of deli produce and offers customers a cosy coffee shop.
The plan is to roll out the Arch Retail solution to the other 2 Boland stores shortly. Arch Mobile (on- the-floor access to operational data) is operational in the store. It is also part of the strategy to implement Arch Enterprise (AE) in the multi-store operation. AE will facilitate centralised operational management control of the business.
The operation is owned and run by the 5th generation Truter family. Their slogan says: “From our family to yours”. We are indeed proud to unite the Truter family with the Arch family! A special word of thanks to Johan Coetzee and Anita Reynolds for assisting with the successful implementation.
