Metro Namibia Vibrant and Growing

The Metro Cash & Carry Group in Namibia has been business partners of Arch since 2019. The business has grown and at present 24 sites (1 DC, 2 Hypers, 5 Liquor and 16 Cash & Carry) are operational on Arch. The full suit of Arch solutions is applied in the business - Arch Retail, Arch Enterprise, Arch Mobile, Arch Value Adds and Arch Financial Integration (Sage Evo). Metro Namibia is a subsidiary of the Sefalana Group in Botswana, a long-standing Arch user.

The most recent opening was Metro Liquor Okuryangava, Windhoek. Arch is operational on 8 POS points and 6 Back Office machines.  Value Adds implemented include Arch/Infinity Loyalty and integrated EFT (Innervation).
