OK Foods Boulevard, Paarl

The past year has seen impressive growth in not only new OK Foods stores opening their doors, but also a number of brand conversions. One such conversion is OK Foods Boulevard in Paarl, which was converted from a Pick n Pay. Branding of all new stores, as well as upgrades of existing sites, is central to OK Foods’ strategic positioning of the brand in a competitive retail landscape. Boulevard, with its “crisp” branding and upmarket layout, pays testament to this.
Arch Retail runs on 9 All-in-One TowerPos machines in the check-out area and another 4 in the kiosk section. Integrated EFT, airtime and Infinity Loyalty are offered at all tills for convenience of shoppers. In addition to in-store Arch Retail, Arch Mobile is applied in Receiving and the store also forms part of the broader OK Foods Arch Enterprise grid. Special mention must be made of the combined Western Cape Arch team and OK Head Office personnel who pulled this challenging project off successfully. A word of welcome to the owners, Dimitrios Gennarakis and Daan van Luijk from the Mandalay Group. It is already evident that the store will become a landmark in Paarl retail!
Excited faces on opening day!
