These strategic changes strengthen our ability to serve our clients better across regions and functions, aligning leadership roles with business priorities and customer needs.

Maartin Herbst
Corporate Relations Executive (CRE)
Maartin has been appointed as Corporate Relations Executive (CRE). In this role, he represents Arch with our corporate clients and service providers—and crucially, represents them within Arch. He is tasked to make it go right which we believe he can.
Maartin is your advocate and champion at Arch, empowered to ensure the value delivery and success of our partnership. This long-overdue appointment formalises Maartin’s existing client-centric approach and gives him the authority to act decisively on behalf of our clients. His key deliverable: ensuring Arch delivers real, measurable value to our corporate partners.

Casey-Lee Venter
Head of Marketing, Communications & Brand
Casey-Lee leads the strategic marketing, communication, and brand vision of Arch Retail Solutions. Her role ensures consistent increased communication through messaging, brand visibility, and meaningful engagement with the Arch Community. She is instrumental in strengthening our market presence and reinforcing the value we bring to Arch Users.

Schalk Pienaar
Operations Manager: Branches
Schalk is responsible for removing operational barriers and ensuring that all branches meet their business performance goals. His focus is on the standardisation of operations, procedures, and reporting across the organisation. He is accountable for the successful implementation of Arch solutions from initiation through to completion, as well as for the overall customer support experience, ensuring client expectations are consistently met. His role is pivotal in streamlining our internal processes and reinforcing consistency across the business.

Francois Posthumus
Branch Manager: Gauteng, Northern Territory & Africa
Francois has transitioned from his previous role as Western Cape Branch Manager to now lead our operations in Gauteng, the Northern Territory, and Africa. With his proven leadership and regional experience, Francois is ideally positioned to drive growth and service excellence across these territories. Francois is tasked with overseeing all aspects of branch operations, ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining high service standards. His leadership will ensure that implementation services are delivered with precision and that clients receive the post-installation care they need to fully leverage the Arch ecosystem.

Morne Retief
Branch Manager: Western Cape
Morne, previous Branch Technical Manager assumes the role of Branch Manager for the Western Cape. His deep technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and commitment to client success over the years makes him well-suited to lead the Branch. Morne is tasked with overseeing all aspects of branch operations, ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining high service standards. His leadership and experience will ensure that implementation services are delivered with precision and that clients receive the post-installation care they need to fully leverage the Arch ecosystem.
