Paul Gleed
Business Development and Sales Executive
Paul’s career at Arch Retail spans more than two decades, beginning as a technician before moving into key roles in project management and regional leadership. He notably led both the Western and Eastern Cape branches simultaneously for six years. Over the last 10 years as Business Development Manager, Paul has built deep client relationships and helped steer major growth initiatives. In his expanded role, he will continue to lead with a strategic focus on delivering long-term value to our clients and partners.

Sibusiso Dlamini
National Sales Manager
Sibusiso joined Arch Retail in more than 10 years ago as a software trainer and he quickly found his passion in sales. After moving into a sales consultant role in 2016, whereby he covered Mpumalanga and Limpopo before being appointed National Sales Consultant in 2018. As second-in-command to the National Sales Executive, he played a pivotal role in shaping national sales strategies and engaging with internal leadership. Now as National Sales Manager, Sibusiso brings energy, empathy and a deep understanding of client needs to the national stage.

Kevin Naidoo
Business Development Manager
Kevin’s 12+ year journey with Arch began in training and evolved through senior trainer and sales roles. Over the past four years as a Business Development Consultant, he’s worked closely with clients to align Arch’s solutions with their operational needs. Now as Business Development Manager, Kevin combines his hands-on experience with a strong consultative approach to drive new opportunities and deepen client partnerships across the region.
