Oxford on the Move

Oxford recently opened the doors to a brand new Freshmarket store in Waterfall, Durban. The group has existing Freshmarket and Liquors stores on the Bluff and in Hillcrest. The Oxford Group is a longstanding business partner of Arch Retail Solutions - the first store (Bluff) went live in May 2012. 

Waterfall is a state-of-the-art retail store offering discerning customers a unique shopping experience. Service departments include Butchery, Bakery, Deli and Fresh Produce. Arch Retail (AR) is operational at 26 POS points, where integrated EFT, virtual airtime and Loyalty (Arch/Infinity) is offered for the convenience of the shopper. In addition to AR, Arch Mobile (on-the-floor management access of operational information) and Arch Enterprise (centralised merchandise management of the multi-store operation) are also deployed in the group.
