Cosmix Beauty, business partner of Arch

Late 2019, Cosmix Beauty was born in Durban’s Central Business District. They’ve grown into a leading, and exciting independent retailer of quality health and beauty products with a focus on personalised service, choice, quality, and affordability. A wide range of beauty, wellness, hair care, health care, skincare and household products that meet the needs of their customers, is offered. In 2022 a decision was made to implement Arch as the retail management solution of choice for the group. With the recent opening of Cosmix Emondlo, the group now has 12 stores. Arch Retail (in-store), Arch Mobile (on-the-floor access to operational information) and Arch Enterprise (centralised merchandise management solution) are applied in the operation.
