Formation of Arcus Retail Solution Development
We are pleased to share an important milestone in our journey. The Arch Retail Solutions technical division will be forming a new standalone company called Arcus Retail Solution Development.
This change comes after careful consideration of how best to support both our customers and our teams. Managing a software development business is very different from running a sales, implementations and user assistance business. By separating these areas, each team will be able to focus on what they do best, with clearer priorities, better processes, and improved delivery

- Arch Retail Solutions will continue to focus on sales, customer relationships, solution implementation and user assistance.
- Both companies will continue working closely together, but with improved alignment to ensure faster decision-making and better service to our customers.
