Arch Footprint Grows in Zimbabwe

The Arch suite of solutions is applied beyond the borders of South Africa. Zimbabwe is one of the countries with an Arch footprint. It is running in the Connect Africa and Zapalala Groups, with the Food Basket Group (7 stores across Zimbabwe), a recent addition. The first Food Basket store recently gone live, is set in the pristine suburb of Shawasha Hills, Harare.

The store offers the following service departments: Fruit & Veg, Butchery, Deli, Bakery and Dry Goods. Arch is operational on 5 POS and 3 BO machines in the store. Arch Mobile, giving management on-the-floor access to operational information, has also been implemented. It is foreseen that once Arch Retail is bedded down in the stores, Arch Enterprise will be implemented.
