Jwayelani Joins the Arch Family

Arch Retail Solutions is proud to announce that the roll-out of Arch commenced in the Jwayelani Group. Phase one is now completed and involved Arch implementation in the following stores: Nkandla, Qumbu, Nongoma and Evaton. These are rather large stores with a total of 126 Arch Supported Points. For the convenience of the shopper all stores offer Adumo (EFT) and Glocell (Virtual airtime) integration at POS. Arch Enterprise (AE), HO multi-store merchandising solution, has also been implemented.

Phase 2 is in planning and involves the next 4 stores. Phase 3 is the conversion of the last 17 stores to Arch. Once the entire project is completed, 572 Arch Supported Points in 25 stores will be active. Apart from Arch Retail (In-store solution) and AE implemented in Phase1, Arch Mobile (on-the-floor operational management solution) and Arch Financial Integration (AFI) to Sage 300, will also form part of the suite of Arch solutions applied in the operation.
